I tried this on my wife today. Took a little longer, but after 5 uturns and two stop corrections she is now obedient when we go out in public. Thank you so much.
I've been trying to stop my 2 year old American staffy to stop pulling for soo long. Always came back for the treat but then bolted forward again and was extremely reactive to people on the street.
One hammer stroke and it instantly changed him. It didnt hurt him but he definitely got the message.
My dog just yanked me while walking on ice. I went airborne and landed on my neck. I was laid out in the middle of the street. So I’m watching and learning. That can’t happen again
I just tried this with my one and a half year-old chocolate lab, who pulled nonstop throughout all of our walks and jumped up on people. She didn’t care about the treats, but ended up paying well attention to my movements. She stopped when I stopped started walking alongside me when I started walking.. I gave this video a10/10 thanks a lot
I dont want the dog behind me. Out front is good so i can keep an eye on her and enjoy the walk. I dont want to yoke her up either. Just stop the pulling. Huskys have pent up energy and i have back issues that are worst in the morning. Shes 8 so this is a minor issue. It does get agitating.
Since I've seen this video i tried it with my big 65kg American akita his pulling was a disaster. Now after applying this he's almost always next to me. It's vert effective. Thank you
We just rescued a greyhound that pulls like his life depended on it. We implemented your techniques for 15min and he's now walking on a loose leash🎉 thank you!!!
Might be a stupid question but if I am walking on a sidewalk and my dog is always next to me, when/how would the dog potty? (He only goes on the grass). Should I walk on the grass with him so that he stays close by, or do I give him freedom for a few minutes so that he potties and then get him back to me?
Did I miss something that mentioned this is meant for large dogs? Because I totally see this working for a larger dog! However, I'm looking for something for a 15yr old Poodle Mix that is 13lbs! I know I'll probably get a lot of thumbs down for this, but there's NO WAY I'd do that to a small senior dog!
I wish I could train my dog every day without people stopping and screaming at me telling me that I'm abusing my dog for yanking his collar or even having a prong collar. Its so difficult to train when everyone in the public eye thinks you're actually hurting and abusing your dog when you are not. Wont stop us though, were getting there, My dogs are all doing great.

Do these techniques only work with a prong collar? Thanks
What do you do when you have a dog that doesn't want to leave the house and every second of the walk he's trying to go back home

amazing!
Helpful.
What is a good time to use this training?
I was blown away by how quickly this trained my dog to stop pulling. Literally under 5 minutes. Thank you!!!
Do you have a video on getting out door without pulling you out the door? I have a friend whose golden doodle pulls him out the door overexcited.

Which location 😮
Just a question but, will this work with a normal collar or does it have to be the prong collar?

Once you break them of pulling , when can you walk them with a regular collar ?
My 7 week old does this is it still recommended at that age
you literally gaslight every turn 😂 i hope it works in my dog
Literally worked in 20 minutes with my 3 yr old spoodle. Amazing video.
